Our mission and our story
"My favorite part is teaching one girl how to pump on the mini ramp and next thing you know you see her teaching another girl."
In April 2021, a few of us found each other at Banzai Skatepark on the North Shore of Oahu. We were united by a shared desire to conquer the intimidating world of skateboarding.
We began skating with each other and motivated each other to try new things. Having each other as a support system changed the game of skating. We felt the difference it made and wanted to share that momentum!

We realized we would all be in Utah in the Fall. Once we moved and continued skating together, the community grew. We realized lots of girls were lacking support in doing hard things.

We worked to create a comfortable environment where girls could be motivated, learn, and progress together. We created the all-girls "Hawt Wheels" skateboard community that has been growing ever since!
